Development of chemically synthesizable fragment antibody MVH

Summary
Small proteins that have high affinity for cancer cell surface markers are promising cheap alternatives for antibody drugs. These small proteins overcome some limitations of antibodies such as high molecular weight, limited tissue penetration, and high production cost. In this research, we aim to generate chemically synthesizable small antibody alternative, MVH, by computational protein design and affinity evaluation.
