Unraveling the mechanisms that govern the correct assembly of protein complexes
Keyword
Summary
In our cells, a wide variety of proteins perform essential functions that support cellular activities, often as components of protein complexes rather than individually. This study seeks to understand the mechanisms through which newly synthesized proteins associate with their appropriate partners, assembling correctly and efficiently into functional protein complexes within the densely crowded intracellular environment.
